Born in Ankara, Turkey on 1989. Efe started his primary education in a regular school in 1995 until 2000. Then he became successful in the entrance of Hacettepe University Ankara State Conservatory in 2000. Efe began his music education in the Classical Trombone Department in the Hacettepe University Ankara State Conservatory. He took the first lessons from A. Bedii Durham. During his education, he participated in some workshops about Classical Trombone, Jazz/Blues and Latin music in the Hacettepe Conservatory. In the conservatory years he played with many classical orchestras and bands. Efe was already performing as a trombonist in concert halls, theaters, clubs, and pubs, covering all styles of music but concentrating primarily on jazz and improvisation. In 2008 Efe became a part of the alumni of Bart van Lier and Ilja Reijngoud at Codarts conservatory, Rotterdam. Since 2008 he has played in many festivals, Radio&TV, organizations, albums and projects in the Netherlands, Germany, France, Italy and Spain. Performed with Tony Allen, Brian Jackson, Renee Neufville, Pete Philliy, Xantone Blacq, Ursula Rucker, Gery Mendes, Akua Naru, Zap Mama, Rudiger Oppermann, Jay Collin, Laise Sanches, Adrian Mears, Lilian Vieira, Shirma Rouse, Gregory Pataca and many. In 2010&2011 Efe had the honor to play in the North Sea Jazz festival.
